S-Solar strengthens organisation with a production engineer with experience within”Lean Production”
Jan Axelsson is newly employed at S-Solar as a Production Engineer. Jan Axelsson has knowledge of implementing improvements based on “Lean Production” and Six Sigma, which is a production philosophy with the purpose to use the resource as effectively as possible and only focus on things that creates value for the customer.
Jan Axelsson has earlier worked with production process improvements within the electronics industry at Ericsson and Flexotronics in Sweden. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing from the University of Linköping. Jan Axelsson also has a Black-belt within quality development.
